NFL roundup: Tom Brady reaches record as Patriots beat Bills in OT

Jameis Winston threw for 328 yards and three touchdowns, but a late fumbled exchange between him and Mike Evans with the Bills pinned in their end zone during OT gave the Patriots the ball at the 6-yard line to set up Stephen Gostkowski’s game-winning 32-yard field goal.

Brady, playing his 1,138th regular-season game, passed Peyton Manning for the most regular-season starts in NFL history.

It was a wild night, as the Bills walked off the field 28-27 winners. A field goal with just a second left in regulation gave New England its first lead of the night — a 31-27 advantage — after two incredible one-handed catches by Bills’ wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin on consecutive, fourth-down plays from New England’s 39-yard line in the final two minutes.
