Anne Sacoolas is facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, says an investigation by Belfast’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
The 20-year-old has been bailed until October, and must appear in court at a later date.
She had already fled the scene, however, to a casino, police said, and she was arrested there.
The woman is accused of having failed to report a collision and to provide an emergency services vehicle with the name of her vehicle.
According to a detective with the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, Dunn sustained serious injuries in the car crash.
He was taken to Belfast’s Royal Victoria Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Sacoolas’ lawyer declined to comment.
Dunn was chairman of Flintshire Polo Club and the son of Rosmon Dunn, current chairman of Flintshire county council and a former member of the United Nations’ Sanitation Committee.
Dunn was well known for his expertise in the field of astute horse management, said former Flintshire manager Richard Davies.
“‘Harry Dunn was an active member of our club, a friend and mentor to many young athletes and the youngest member of the club at the age of five,” he said.
