I hate UPS and I’ve ordered several UPS packages and I never see them. Also, the delivery guys drive by in haste and never stop. What can I do?

UPS loses packages at the rate of 6 million a year. Moreover, you’ve likely requested that several UPS shipments for which you later received confirmation arrive early by ground or in the future, rather than being delivered over express. Keep track of your UPS orders in case it happens again, but don’t make any important deliveries through UPS in the meantime.

You may have asked for a Sprint package, which your service will direct you to get. If you don’t receive a package within three to 10 days, Sprint will email you a refund notice. Sprint’s restrictions on free cancellation at USPS and UPS call it a DAD (Direct Annual Delivery Access) program. You can usually cancel a delivery in nine days at USPS and UPS, provided the delivery is within 30 days at FedEx.
